Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
Yes, you can. We offer order cancellations up to 24 hours after purchasing. So if you change your mind within that time, send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We have a 7-day return policy which starts as of the moment our package is delivered to your address. We will accept returns for all undamaged items within 7 days to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
How do I return or exchange an item?
At Zapadore we take great care in selecting, handling and shipping each of our products. If you need a return, please send us your request via our 'Contact Us' page and we will respond within 48 hours to assist with the process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
After messaging us about your return, please wait for instructions about shipping labels, and how and where to send your return packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or proper labelling will not be accepted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and propose an adequate solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
